Elastollan 600 Series products are specially formulated for high transparency and a wide processing window. This helps make the general-purpose TPU perfect for extrusion in film & sheet and hose belting & tube applications. In addition, products in the series can be formulated to meet specific certifications, and non-hydrolytically stabilized 600 Series products are compliant with FDA sections 177.1680 and 177.2600.

Other Elastollan 600 Series benefits include:

  • Low gel content
  • Better initial color
  • Oil/solvent resistance
  • Weather (UV) resistance (in some grades)
  • Abrasion resistance
  • Resistance to high temperatures
