JONCRYL®
polymers are used in a
variety of graphic arts applications including water-based pigment dispersions,
water-based flexo and gravure inks, and water-based overprint varnishes.
These liquid inks and overprint varnishes are used in a variety printing and
packaging applications on a wide array of substrates including corrugated
board, paper and paperboard, film and foil, and other flexible packaging
applications.
JONCRYL polymers are
also used in a variety of functional packaging coating applications on
corrugated, paper, film and foil for both food and non-food packaging. These
applications include repulpable corrugated coatings, paper surface sizes, paper
coatings, grease and moisture barrier coatings, heat seal adhesives and
additives, pressure sensitive adhesive modifiers, film and foil
primers/coatings, and metallized paper and film coatings.
