Plurasafe® H2O-K™
Some marine fluids can be harmful to aquatic life and the environment. To help protect these vital resources, BASF offers a lubricant that has no sheen, low aquatic toxicity and is biodegradable in water.
Plurasafe® H2O-K™ hydraulic fluid is a high-performance, water-soluble hydraulic fluid designed for use in environmentally sensitive areas.
Plurasafe H2O-K marine fluid is a proprietary product that is designed to protect the entire hydraulic system against wear and corrosion damage. It is engineered to meet the demands of high pressure hydraulic systems at or greater than 5,000 psi and 220°F, including:
- recreational and commercial boat hydraulic systems,
- marine and commercial dock operations,
- industrial and commercial truck hydraulic systems,
- carwash systems,
- environmentally sensitive hydraulic systems, and,
- industrial machinery.
