New High and Medium Impact Modified Nylon 66 with 30%-50% Higher Flow

Ultramid® A3Z and A3L

The new Ultramid® A3Z and A3L HP (High Productivity) Impact Modified Nylon 66 (Polyamide 66) lines, have a 30-50% flow improvement over existing impact modified Ultramid® nylon 66 grades. This improvement in flow allows for a faster mold fill with thinner sections over longer distances.

A3Z HP Nylon 66 offers both outstanding flow and high impact properties. If a medium impact modified product is required, the A3L HP products will deliver the improved flow and the impact performance that is needed.

The application possibilities are endless with this new product line. Potential industrial application areas include: safety equipment, fasteners, fuel tanks, furniture & hardware parts and sporting goods. Additionally, these products can be considered for automotive components such as gas caps, straps, clamps & cables, trim clips, starter coil forms and transmission cables.

Both the A3Z HP and A3L HP are available in black and in uncolored if color matching is required.

If a UV stabilized product is required, Ultramid® A3Z HP UV and A3L HP UV will provide excellent resistance to sunlight. For more information on these products, please click here.
